Housekeeping duties to prepare the venue(s) and facilities for the volunteers to keep things smoothly running for all in a punctual and tidy manner with an ability to stay calm under pressure, handle difficult situations. Be communicatively proactive in the required duties ‘Turnkey’ responsibility for opening and readying the space for the groups scheduled to use the HUB space and adapt as schedules may change (some negotiable start/finish time and spread of hours) to ensure overlap/smooth running of all advertised sessions/services.
Location: Mixture of neighbourhood communities in the vicinity, either at Methodists Church Rooms or the HUB space on Lingfield Drive.
Salary/Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract Type: Fixed Term - Part Time (approx.16 hours a week, covering scheduled events on relevant weekdays)
Typically core timings between 9:30 – 15:30 hours negotiable to service these and overlap accordingly with other team member(s) one evening later than this, subject to discussion/need.
